A bilingual real-estate platform for a Dhaka developer: apartments, land and joint-venture pages, an admin CMS and a lead pipeline.
The challenge
Purple Holdings Ltd, a Dhaka real-estate developer, needed a website that presents apartments, land and joint-venture opportunities professionally, ranks in search, captures serious buyer and landowner leads, and can be updated by their own team in English and Bangla.
What we built
- A public website (Next.js) with every page prerendered for speed and search
- An admin CMS for projects, plots, areas, blog and partners
- A lead pipeline with CSV export; prices released in exchange for contact details
- English and Bangla versions of every page
- Light and dark themes
