What is RAG?
Retrieval-augmented generation: before the model answers, the system looks up the relevant passages in your own documents or database and gives them to the model, so the answer is grounded in your sources and can cite them.
Is our data safe with AI?
We use AI providers whose business terms exclude training on your data, or open models hosted on your own servers, and we apply the same permissions your staff already have, so nobody can ask their way into data they should not see.
Can AI work inside our existing software?
